When encountering new information, make new cards, rinse and repeat.

So, my recommendation: Get the deck/course and do tons of practice questions. I was lucky on the P/S section that I have a degree in psychology because I feel the anki deck was least effective on that section. I really like the deck, but you should definitely be adding cards when you come across new information with khan academy, practice questions, and full-length exams. I would have scored four or five points higher overall with baseline knowledge on those few questions, but unfortunately, they were alien. I ran into six or seven discrete questions that I had absolutely no idea about and a few pseudodiscrete questions that I had never encountered. I scored a 501 last year on the MCAT with Magoosh and took an AAMC FL yesterday and scored a 509, so this deck and course definitely helps a lot (definitely better than Magoosh), but I wouldn't say that it is comprehensive.
